Our starting process is quick, simple and easy. Prepare yourself for our questions below.

Initial Questionnaire

An agent from our development team will contact you via e-mail, or if you have a phone number listed, we may text or call you if we don't get a response within 24 hours. Next, we will ask you what the legal name of your business is, if your business is registered with companies house and what type of business you are (e.g. sole trader). This is so we can gain details on what your business operates in, and how it acheives this. Then, you're asked to upload a 500x500px image of your company logo, and optionally allowed to upload a favicon and banner. If you have a colour palette for your business, we reccomend uploading such additionally (the more material we have to work with, the better).

Development Questionnaire

Now, our agent will ask you about the website specifics, not your business specifics. Traditionally, this is asked in conjunction with the initial questionaire, but for Enterprise plans, this may be separate. You will be presented with 3 templates, and asked which one you like the most, this is not nessecarily the template you will be using. Next, an agent will ask you to link at least three, but preferrably five websites that you like the look of, this is generally better if they relate to your sector of business. This helps our design and development team get a detailed idea of your mental picture. Finally, you will be asked to complete an electronic agreement, stating that the website is copyright of byeome technology, and not your specific business (for Enterprise copyright agreements, see our Content Policies).
