How does Enterprise work?
To give our larger customers a better platform, we now offer an Enterprise plan. This comes with some differently managed features. Learn about what's different below, what the requirements are, and how to inquire.
Payments for the Enterprise plan can be payed in lump sums, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. When you have been accepted you will be sent a page where you can select 1,3, 6 or 12 month(s) as an option.
Overdue payments result in instant shut-down for enterprise, unless you arrange overdraft. Learn more.
How do we develop Enterprise sites?
You are given two options, build from a fork of our website and transfer your custom domain, or have a member of our team configure a server on your own domain and build your website with a similar process to Basic and Pro plan. Enterprise customers may also opt to have it hosted on their own server, not with our secure Opensure host. This results in a £2.00 call fee per month. This fee is so we are always on call ready for you. You can cancel this at any time, and pay a £120 product fee so you can keep our design & code and copyright it yourself.
What support is offered for Enterprise?
Support is offered on a double shift basis, but you can call or email at any time. Support hours run from 7.30am-8.15am & 5pm-1.30am on weekdays, 7am-1:30am on weekends, and 8.15am-12am on holidays. Enterprise customers are however at liberty to call a private line at any time to check for out of hours response. Beware we may not respond out of hours.
What are the requirements to subscribe to the Enterprise plan?
You must be a company with projected or current usage above Professional plan, and be able to pay a non-fixed rate of £130-280 depending on your usage. This is per month. All enterprise plans start at £15 for the creation process, so you're able to decide if this is for your business, and then cancel without paying the larger completion fee. This will be done on a fork of our website.
Applying for the Enterprise plan should be done by contacting sales@byeome.com or submitting a contact form. Simply ask for an Enterprise inquiry, leave your name and secondary contact details (phone number/business email) and wait for a response within 24h for an agent to begin the process with you.
You may only submit one inquiry per month. If your inquiry is denied, wait one month to dispute it.
How does Enterprise Multi-Site work?
Enterprise Multi-Site is a plan allowing users to have a network of sites, but with every single listed above feature, even self hosting and no monthly fees except call fee. It works in the same process, and you can upgrade your plan to gain all the features at any time by contacting sales@byeome.com and presenting your details, so we can find your existing plan, and add the features. An agent will list the pricing structure to you with some extra information within 24h.
