Refunds
Byeome Technology may issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Billing errors through no fault of user error
Event rebates (awards that allow you to recieve a month free, but your account was still charged)
User and Development team cannot come to an agreement on site design and function
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Forgetting to cancel memberships
Accidental Purchase (refunds may be applicable under certain conditions)
Purchasing a plan you didn't mean to (if due to user error)
This does not require refunds to be given or withheld under the aforementioned circumstances.
How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds typically arrive within three days of purchase. If the money takes more than three days to arrive, you can contact support to update you on the settlement progress. (Money must settle for us first, then for you).
Domain Transfers, Refunds and Sale.
We offer a service where we purchase and configure the domain for you, and renews the domain at no extra cost to the customer. One time purchase. However, if you are terminated for any reason, your domain will be sold after 32-days of inactivity since the termination. This allows you to renew your subscription for 28 days with the same domain.
Additionally, you can buy the rights to the domain from us for a fixed charge depending on domain attractiveness. This is why we offer an additional four days for you to make the final decision on the future of your business. If you have legitimate reason for a refund, contact support.
